Luke 6:48: He is like a man building a house who dug down deep and laid the foundation on rock, when the flood came, the torrent struck that house but could not shake it because it was well built.
A business with big dreams and a bigger God.
About 10 years ago, before I had become a Christian, I worked as a DJ for a small company. However, shortly thereafter I accepted Christ and it didn’t take long to figure out that my faith and the environment that my night job created weren’t going to agree. Someone smarter than me once said, “If you want not to fall, then you ought not walk in slippery places.” I knew something had to change.
In 2007, decided to start a business that honored Jesus Christ, and sought to be the Christian alternative to the mainstream music and perverse agenda that pervades our society. I wanted to build my foundation on the Lord God and chose 'Cornerstone Entertainment' from Ephesians 2:14-22.
By infusing Christian hits from nearly all genres as well as utilizing the “clean” secular chart toppers from today and old, I seek to provide entertainment that the whole family can enjoy. I believe that Christianity is about striving to make Jesus Lord of every aspect of my life including my behavior and my music. I look forward to working together with you to ensure your “perfect” day is just that.
I feel like the Lord has been blessing my business endeavors thus far, and I have only scratched the surface. My business is not just about making money, but about using the talents He has given me to glorify Him. I realize He doesn't need my help with this but I have found He will often use me throughout the St. Louis Bi-State Area, in spite of myself. My sincere prayer is that the best is yet to come, as God‘s Wonders unfold. May Christ Richly Bless You, -Joshua Daniel Boyer

Jesse and Rachel Baker from Millstadt, IL
We hired Josh Boyer as our wedding reception DJ. We were very pleased with not only the professionalism Josh portrayed, but also with his flexibility, humor, and dedication to mak(ing) sure our reception was a night we’d remember for a lifetime.
Josh called and emailed us several times prior to the wedding to go over all the details. He did his best to find special requests we had. Josh also honored our wishes when we asked him to not play any songs with questionable language, even if those songs were requested by guests.
He was creative when he got the reception guests up and out of their seats to participate in “The Chicken Dance” and “The Cha Cha Slide.” Josh had the crowd laughing to tears when the groomsmen and groom lost the dollar dance challenge and were forced to dance to all the moves of “The YMCA.”
He worked with our photographer and the reception hall owner to make sure that everything was done in the order we wanted. Josh is truly an amazing, talented DJ who loves his job, loves seeing people have a great time, and truly is a servant of Christ.

Thank you for being such an awesome DJ! You gave us exactly what we wanted and kept the party going strong. Everyone commented on how great of a reception it was. It was so much fun, Thanks to you! We truly appreciate your willingness to go above and beyond what we asked for. Your attention to detail is a great testament to how much you care to provide a good service to others. Keep serving in the name of Jesus! Once again, you rocked the House!
We don't pray a loud or preach at any shows.
However, we're very familiar with and comfortable playing Christian music, unlike most 'non-Christian DJs.' Some of us simply call ourselves Christian DJs, and some don't. Simply put: Christian DJs are those DJs who are Christians.
The most noticeable external characteristic of Christian DJs is the way in which we conduct ourselves, and our businesses - according to Christian principles. For example, we will never knowingly play music with vulgar or profane lyrics; or, even songs with immoral subject matter, or that bring dishonor to God in any way. Most importantly: a Christian DJ is one who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
No, unless that is what you want. I have the option of not playing any Christian music; it's really up to you!
Almost any type; I have thousands of Christian and secular songs. However, I use only the edited versions of any contemporary/pop songs that contain profanity to ensure that no offensive words are played. This helps us maintain a positive, fun, family-friendly environment.
